Welcome to WONDR’s Team Spotlight!
Dear Reader, you might be wondering what Team Spotlight is and I think it’s only fair if we answered that question early on. So without further ado, let’s see what that means:
Team Spotlight is a format of asking questions and sharing answers between team members in order to get to know each other better, through non-standard questions, which may vary and are designed to show funny and relatable side of ourselves.
This blog post is all about our amazing Graeme! He is our Mobile App Developer and is responsible for everything app related. He brings so much goodness to our team, not just a whole bunch of code and amazing features so I hope this questionnaire shows you just how fun he can be!

If you could pick a video game to spend the rest of your life in, what game would it be?
Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion.
If you could be a fictional character, who would you be?
Legolas from Lord of the Rings, just to be able to live in that world.
If animals could talk, which would be the rudest?
Sea gulls, they are already incredibly rude, gift of speech could only make them worse.
If you had to disappear and start a whole new life, what would you want your new life to look like?
I’d never trade in my current life for this but if I was to start from scratch. A little cabin out in the wilderness with no signs of the modern world to be found anywhere.
If you were given five million pounds to open a small museum, what kind of museum would you create?
Some kind of web/app design / technology museum: different design styles, programming languages and technologies used over time. Sometimes they just go out of fashion and after a few years you can’t find a trace of them anywhere.
Would you rather be magical but live on earth or live in a magical land but be as you are now?
Be as I am now but live in a magical land. A lot of responsibility comes with magic powers, never seems to end all that well.
Would you rather communicate only in emoji or never be able to text at all ever again?
Never text. I remember a time before texting and it didn’t seem too bad.
When was the last time you slept more than nine hours?
Probably a few weekends ago.
What’s the most awkward thing that happens to you on a regular basis?
Some kind of self-serve till failure in Supermarkets. Always feels like it’s my own fault.
What’s a common experience for many people that you’ve never experienced?
Never smoked, never tried tobacco or anything else you can smoke.

- What is something that can easily upset you?
I like to think I’m not easily upset, but I guess I’d say finding a bug in code I’ve written that I can’t solve. It’s incredibly frustrating when it takes days to figure out.
